Violin Musical Glitter Globe
Handmade in Italy, this exquisite musical water globe features a violin surrounded by a silver spiral.
Created as one piece, the glass globe containing distilled water sits atop a ceramic base adorned with violins and gold hand-penned musical notes. The top and bottom are bordered in gold. Measures 2.5” wide x 5.75” high overall with a 4” diameter.
When wound by hand, it plays Vivaldi’s “Spring.”
An ideal gift for lovers of great music like that heard at the Met.

Music Notes
Most Western music is based on a system of notation that evolved around 1600 out of earlier practices. The starting point for any opera is the full score, which contains all individual voices and instruments arranged in a specific order on the page.
